Imagine if the 12 year old boy from the neighborhood came to your door step one day. He is cold. He is hungry. He is scared. Would you give him a blanket so he can be warm? Would you feed him so he can be full? Would you hug him so that he felt safe? Of course you would! It’s the decent thing to do. It’s the humane thing to do. It’s the loving thing to do.
